Shipping Policy:

All orders will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days of purchase. 

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Once your package is shipped, we no longer have access to it. If there is an issue with your package, please contact AUSTRALIAN POST OFFICE with your tracking number provided via email and/or text, and they will assist you.

Address Change:

The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct shipping address to process your order. When placing your order, please be sure to enter your complete and correct address, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers. We do not recommend using PO Box shipping addresses due to possible shipping restrictions.

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at (Info@joysglow.com) immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed. If your order ships before your address is updated, it is your (the customer’s) responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to update your shipping address or reroute the package.

Refund Policy:

NO order cancellations after 24 HOURS of purchase.

We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges due to the nature of our products and for sanitary purposes. Please email us if you have any questions or concerns.
